I tried evrything from my side even staying seperate from my family but still she always follow her mother,brother & sister and harrass me and my family.
I'm feedup with this and does'nt want to continue relation with her nor want to give her any maintanance as I tried my best to keep relation good.
Can I marry without divorcing her, has already earlier also she was with her family for more then 3-1/2 years and again now almost a year.
Please let me know the best way to get out of this with giving any maintanace to her and re-settle my life with new partner

We are not finacially sound to fight agaisnt the cruelty done by her inlaws. And the advantage of which is being taken by her inlaws who are now framing different opinions about her and are now trying to ruin her life in all possible manners they can.

They have severely tortured my sister and brutely damaged her mental peace immediately after her marriage for dowry. Now she is living with her widow mother. We have even lodged an F.I.R. against her inlaws, but all was in vain as they are quite resourseful to take advange of their money power to weaken the case by adopting various means of bribing the police. Even after lodging an F.I.R. agaisnt the cruelty of her inlaws police didn't took any action for 3 months of which her inlaws took advange and was granted a bail by the court.

Can explain in details to the person if you have any organization to help her out in Kolkata. Please help her, I beg, as we have lost all hopes. Comments: over interference of my wife's family and misguidance from them, resulted in frequent quarrels.
My wife gets short tempered under these situation and threatens to leave home. Initially i tried to stop her but later i let her follow her own wits.

Once while living away from me with her friend ( girl) she consumed some pills. Fortunately i suspected something wrong when my calls were unanswered..I called 108 and had her hospitalized. She was relieved in 2 hours after a stomach wash.

She is now living away from me for 4 months and working in Delhi.

Her step brother has send my father and me vulger sms's.

Her step father has filed a dowry ( 30 lakhs) and DV case against me and my whole family but the case got transferred to women cell. we have to go there and give our statements...

We are preparing all the possible documents, like our last one year bank statements, 108 report etc etc.. to show that their complaint is all fabricated...

I am so disappointed that even police is not investigating the genuineness of their case and asking us to ignore the vulgar sms's...did i marry to get insulted. dont i deserve to live respectfully and save the honour of my family..i cant do it..just because..i got married.. ??

All i seek is a fair investigation on this case and let the financial condition of my in-laws be checked...if they can spend this kind of money..if found 100 % guilty..i let the law of land..decide.what do they want to do..to the people who are disgracing the law .

If such people are left to their devices the real victims will also be looked down upon with suspicion.

please advice us how can we make sure that we are not framed even after all our efforts...

I am under constant mental trauma over the bad health of my mom due to all this problems...

Finally after unable to suffer further harrasment, I filed for divorce in July 2007 in Pune. Wife continued to stay and work in Pune. Wife got this case transferred to Vadodara in April 2008. Wife gaveup her job and went to Vadodara. She filed for maintenance of fifty thousand per month and one lakh legal fees. In April 2009, wife filed a false 498a case. Police came to arrest us from Vadodara on 4 July 2009. We took transit bail. We went to Vadodara a took regular bail on 8 July 2009.

My elder brother's wife filed a dowry case against him and my parents but later she have withdrawn the case and the court have given a clean chit to all. My brother though was in jail for 1 month. Now my brother's wife doesnt want to stay with him. In papers my brother have shown a monthly income of 2000 rupees for which the family court have asked him to pay 1200 rupees per month. They have a 2 year old kid for which the lady have the custody. But the same court after 6 months have asked him to pay 2000 rupees per month on 09 july 2009. Whats the justification when his salary has not increased at all.

My questions are
1. Can we challenge the courts decision and appeal in session court?
2. How much exactly my brother need to pay monthly to his wife considering his salary?
3. They are staying seperately for more than 1 year. Can my brother ask for a divorce?

In a period where i needed the most my wife left me and went to her native place in UP.She returned back only in month of March.She said she wanted to stay in seperate house which i refused .There has been lot of mudslinging by there family in the meanwhile.She and her relatives abused regularly my family and me .Again in the month of March she went to her native place in the pretext of somebodys marraige.I said since there is no communication and no love lets take divorce .The extent here is that we never had any physical relationship in the last 1 yr from the date of marraige.
In the month of April his uncle threateed me with dire consequences for which i filed a NC ON 27TH aPRIL 09.she has been at her native place in the month of April,May and came back in JUne with 2 Poice officers aCCOMPANYING HER.When i asked th police officer why they have come ,they said it was routine.without any complant they use to regularly visit my house and call evrybody.There was lt of police harassment.On 8th June i filed for divorce in Thane sessions court.After telling her that i had taken this step she just started to threaten us with dire consequences and finally on 1st july 2009 she did an FIR.I am out on AB and my next hearing is on 16th July 09.They have complained against evry member of my family.wht to do???The police is totally on there side as they are rich and powerfull.

My case is in CAW Cell my wife and inlaws framed the charges of 498A upon my Father, Mother and Unmarried younger sister which are all base less as they have never given any dowry as it was a love marriage and me and my wife never lived in my parental house.

My wife's brother beaten me with his friends, when I reached AIIMS to get the MLC done along with my wife, she falsely had her MLC done along with me to save her brother and reported the local police station next day that I have beaten her. When I reached to the local police station next morning they refused to take my application agaist her brother and they have also not taken any action on my MLC or my wife's MLC as both came normal but her lawyer father is making it a tool and producing it as a proof of cruelity.

Since then her father is bothering me and my parents and forcing them to take me and my wife to their home or otherwise he will file a FIR against the under 498 A. But my parents are not getting agree to it as all their charges are false and concocted. They are not feeling safe to bring her to their home and thinking that this could be a trap.

My wife filed a case under Domestic violence in march 2008 since then she is getting a maintenance of Rs. 4000 per month from me. but I have lost my job 3 months back as I was not able to concentrate on it properly due to the case hearings in court and hearings in CAW Cell and not able to pay the maintenance from past three months. Now my wife has already given a application to lodge an FIR under 498A in CAW cell. Her father is black - mailing me to pay 5 lacs or else they will send my parents behind the bars.

They are not producing any photographs or marriage CD which they have because any of my parents or relatives not participated in the marriage.

After marriage I came to know that my wife's elder sister also had a divorce and now recently married again. From her first marriage her father got a huge money in settlement.

Kindly advice me on above as I am very frustrated and tensed, don't know what to do next.

Comments: She left my company on 20-04-2005, surprisingly without any notice to me. By the time she left the house, she was carrying 6th month of pregnancy and the custom in all the Hindu families is that no pregnant woman should leave the husband and join her parent's house in any even month of carrying pregnancy. Immediately after she left me in such a surprising manner, I wrote her a letter by register post where as I wrote to her parents' address at Salem. It showed her attitude that she did not care the health while she was a pregnant. I made it very much clear in my letter to her, how I suffered mental agony on her attitude and I requested her to keep on writing letters to me about her health as she was a pregnant., as I was very much concerned about her health and the health of the baby. She did not care to give a reply. It was a sin on her part to leave me without information. She should at least write me a letter expressing sorry for her attitude and even after the receipt of a letter from me, she did not bother to give a reply. This attitude of her showed very clearly, how cruel she is and how best she was as my wife.
As there was no reply to my letter, I wrote her another letter by R.P. She received the letter not in your parents' town but at some other village. Then she might be in 7th month of pregnancy if there was no abortion. I made a mention in that letter that she did not give a reply to my previous letter. I have also informed her in the said letter that some police people were enquiring my particulars and I also expressed a doubt that the said police could not come to me without her knowledge. I was very much worrying about her health and expressed the same in the letter. I again called her for giving a reply to me and to keep in touch with me, about her health and the medicines she was taking, by way of letters. In spite of the said letter also she did not respond to give any reply.
Again I wrote her a letter by RP. As there was no reply for this letter also, I gave her a telegram on 26-06-2005 enquiring her why she was not informing me about your health and why she was not giving reply to any of my letters. This telegram was also not answered by her. Her attitude in this connection was very much cruel against me.
In such a situation, knowing fully well about the attitude of her parents, with an intention to see her directly and to know her health in the late pregnancy period, I went directly to her parents' house in the middle of July 2005 and I was abused with unparliamentary language, outside the house of her parents and I was assaulted by her father and his supporters who were not known to me. All my efforts to enter in to the house proved futile. They did not even heed my request to call her at least out side the house and to allow me to talk to her. I don't think that she did not know the said incident. Taking note of all these things and after noticing her unbearable attitude, I was forced not to think of anything about her.
Very long time after I stopped to think about her, again it was a surprise that she wrote a letter during Apr 2006. Her letter was full of serious allegations against me. The said allegations against me and against my father reveals the fact that she is not in a habit of telling a truth in her life. I questioned her why in the said lengthy letter of her also, she did not try to explain why she did not answer any of my letters and why she did not write me any letter for such a long time after she left my company without any notice to me? Along with serious false allegations against me she have also attributed some stories in her letter that she have left her jewel, sari etc. with me. The letter seems to be a legal letter from her and not a real letter from her mind with a real intention of coming to live with me. For a technical reason she had given an order or a direction to me in the letter to come to her house to take her along with me. She might have possessed with an idea to beat me in her house if I went to her house. If she wanted to come to live with me the letter must be in a separate shape. She might have explained in the letter why she did not write any letter to me in spite of number of letters from me; she might have felt sorry for her father's attitude when I went to her parents house in the month of July 2005; she might have felt sorry for the reason that herself and her parents have asked a Mahila Sangam people to issue a notice to me while she was staying with me; she might have expressed sorry for sending some police constables after she left me without notice.
To my surprise even prior to the receipt of her letter, my officer also received a letter from her and the said letter is also filled with full of lies and some new allegations which were not mentioned in the letter written to me. Is it an effort from her to join me or is it an effort from her to do some thing more harmful against me. Is it the way she wanted me to take her for living together?
At that juncture I recollected important things; while shewas carrying fourth month pregnancy, her father along with some others came to our house. They did not ask me to send her along with them but they gave me an order that they were taking her along with them. I tried to tell them that it was not good and auspicious to take her to their house in the fourth month of pregnancy. Then they shouted me adding that they would put me in troubles if I did not simply fallow them. Then I left the matter to her and she also stood to the position that it was not good to leave to her parents' house in the fourth month of pregnancy.
In the letter written to me, she had attributed a false allegation against me or against my parents that we tried for abortion of her pregnancy. The medical examinations reveal the true picture. She tried her best to convince me for allowing her for abortion saying that her health was not good. To take an advice from the doctors, I took her to Doctor for examining her and her fear of keeping the pregnancy and her intention of abortion were told to the doctors. The doctor has examined her and after seeing all the reports like ultra sound scanning etc. the doctor has advised her that there was nothing to fear and that there would be a normal delivery. Again during Mar 2005, the same doctor has examined her and she again said that there was nothing to worry. Even at that juncture she tried to put me in pressure that her health was not normal and she wanted to have abortion. Within a few days after she was examined by the doctor on second occasion and as her request for abortion was not accepted, a Mahila Sangam notice came to me and she expressed her innocence that she was not aware of the said notice. In these circumstances, she left my company from Chennai to her parentsâ™ house with a secret planning that too in the sixth month of pregnancy. Immediately after she left my company, without taking care that any pregnant woman would take, she left her parents house also and she have changed her place of residence to so many places. My efforts to see her were forcibly obstructed. Except on seeing the letter dated xx Apr 2006 from her I was not informed the birth of the child. All these things are raising a doubt in my mind that she might have gone to her parents' house without any notice to me and without caring that she should not go to your parents' house in the sixth month of pregnancy only with an intention to have abortion/ termination of her pregnancy. For the said reason only she might have left her parents house to see that the known people in her residential area should not know her attempts of abortion. Keeping silence for about 9 months after the alleged delivery might also be for a preparation to have created a child with her. It might be the reason that I was forcefully obstructed to enter in to her parents' house so that I could not see her. This is only a doubt raised in my mind on seeing her attitude and on seeing her way of writing a letter and on seeing her attempt in writing a letter to my officer with all false allegations.
Under these circumstances I was forced to ask her to explain me all about my doubts and about her actual behaviour of leaving me and leaving her parents house, not responding to write letters to me, assaulting me to see that I should not enter into her parents house to see her etc. and also her behaviour of not informing me for about 9 months about the delivery and her behaviour of writing a letter to my officer, without waiting to see my reaction on seeing her letter.
I request her through my letter xx June 2006, to respond to answer these questions immediately.
There after I letter dated 05 Dec 2006, from All Women Police Station, Sooramangalam, Salem City., Which was received by me on 14th Dec 2006.
Based on that we got AB from High Court of Madras on 22 Dec 2006. we submitted surities at Salem Court within the stipulated period.
The FIR U/S 498a and 506 (II) registered on 03 Jan 2007.
Then she filed a maintenance case under Cr Pc 125 at Salem Family court on 28 Mar 2007.
After waiting for a long time I filed a divorce pitetion in the family court Chennai which was subsequently transfered to Salem.
And the cases are pending before courts.

Recently I have received threatening calls telephonically from unknown No. that they are police men and an arrest warrent has been issued by the court.

Is it possible to issue an arrest warrent, that after a lapse of about 2 and a half years without any notices either from court/ police or without even any inquary/ invetigation/ charge sheet from police.

Kindly advice/ help me in this matter.

My wife had filled a false case against me of 498-A, 34 in bandra sdm coart case no.67/09 & ,125. in bandra family coart case no e-596/2008 According to this supreme court ordered protesting against the CrPC amendments police cannot arrest me directly without investigation in this Act then also the police of Wakola had arrested me and my parents by destroying my and my parents Image and reputation in the society which was really a merciful, now there is a question arising that we are true or not for that I will proof briefly as below :-

Just check out the police record against my father in law Mr. Mohammed Aziz Mansuri and his son Mohammed Safi Mansuri, you will recognize how this people are harassing mentally, Physically and financially to the society, they had made this business to make money in short time, how greedy they are and making the misuses of Act 498-A and 125 IPC. The minister Renuka Chaudhary, a committee member of the committee of empowerment of women, had given this interview in NDTV that 98% women are making misuse of this act then also uptill now no changes had been made.

You can see the background of my wife and her family members they had done the marriage of their younger daughter and now they are asking for money for the settlement by this you can know how greedy and how professional being by misusing of 498A and 125 IPC.

My wife had given a false statement in Wakola police station which is clearly seemed to be false. She had given a statement that I had attacked on her head with knife by inserting knife into her head up to 2-3 inches inside, while lady police had asked her that where is the sign where the knife has inserted in her head, by this question only she was caught that she was giving a false statement which was teached by her parents, for this I had attached that statement copy with this complaint.

As they had started giving me Physically, Mentally and financially Stress by filling false case IPC 125 in Bandra family court and 498A filled in Bandra 32 SDM Court, by this the problem arises every date given by both the court and both the court are issuing several hearing dates different day by which I have to make up down from surat to Mumbai once a week. These circumstances are creating money crises to me as I am doing service in a shop, but due this problem I am unable to attend the job daily, due to this I am not getting the salary even to travel to Mumbai and attend the dates issued by court., by this you can recognize that how I am suffering due to this false case.

From last 17 month I am suffering due to the mental harassment given by my wife and her parents. They are demanding money to settle this cases. From starting onwards of my marriage they had started demanding money from me and I had given them also several times. Once a time I had received a advance money from my customer for new computer, I had taken that money to my house by this thought that I will assemble new computer next day, while sleeping at night my wife took that money which I received from my customer along with my child had ran away in the midnight to Mumbai without informing me from my rented house which I had taken only for her wish to stay separately from my parents at nanpura, Surat.. As she had make a call to me by saying that âœwhen my father had asked you for money you had refused to give him, but now I had taken the money and given to father , so donâ™t worry about thatâ, this incident has taken place on 15/07/2006.

They had filled two false cases one in Family Court that I am earning Rs. 30,000/- per month and from which they need Rs. 15,000/-, and in SDM Court they stated that I was asking Rs. 50,000/- as dowry. From her parents, as she was staying with her parents since 17 months.and I was not allowing to meet my wife and also both my childrenâ™s. On 01/11/2008 I went to Mumbai to meet my wife and my childrenâ™s but they attacked me and hurted my head. As I complained about this matter at wakola police station but they didnâ™t filed the FIR against them and only registered the N.C. Complain (No. 5671/2008, 01/11/2008), at that time I was injured badly and was bleeding. I told the police personnelâ™s to file my complain in hindi but they refused and told me to sign me in a complain which was written in marathi which I couldnâ™t understand. I had given complaints in written on 27/12/2008 to (1). Sr. Police Inspecter, Samajseva Branch, Mumbai, (2) Asst. Police Commissioner, Bandra Zone, Mumbai, (3) D.C.P Bandra Kurla Branch, Mumbai,(4) Sr.Inspector ,Vakola, Santacruz. But I canâ™t under stand that why they not taken any action against my complain while they had complain on 15/01/2009 and action had been taken why ? I think you can better understand this circumstances. They are trying to make me criminal any how . I had attached that copies of the complaints herewith.

Since last 17 months I was not allowing to meet my childrenâ™s, they are demanding money and threatening me that they have many sources to secure money from my side. Whenever I cal to their number to talk to childrenâ™s they receive the call and disconnect it after few seconds and second time when I call they uses such words which I cannot mention in this statement but I have recorded it in my cell.

They are saying that that I had, kick them out from house on 29th Dec.2007, which is fully false statement because I have four person as witness which can prove that how false they are I.am attaching affidavit of that four person .

If their parents are using their daughters to make money in such a way then what will be the future of my childrens, as they have already changed the their names and surname.

I want to ask the government, why such law you making in which u canâ™t do the investigation and taking blind action against husband family?, why when wifeâ™s does the suicide the police take the action against husband and his family and why when husband does suicide no action is taken against wife and his family ? just give me answer that if I am doing suicide will government or law will take action against my wife and her family. Sir I am really ruined in this matter by physically, mentally and financially , now I am seeing death better than life .There is not fixed that how long I can bear this matter , my mental is so disturb due to this harassment. My next court date issued on 09/06/2009 and family court on 22/06/2009, you can see how false harassment is doen on me ,just once a day keep your self on my place you will know what a worst life I m suffering ,just due to misused of this act because no investigation tacking place once you do the special investigation you will know what is true and false .

Hope you will take strict action against such person who are making law as a business and misusing to make money in easy way.

Kindly look after this matter as a father who had done every thing what ever they needed and even left his parents only for his childrens, and now I can only watch my childrens future being letting inside dark but cannot do anything for them. I am not a well educated person, so one of my friend had translated this statement from Hindi to English. So please forgive me if you find any mistake in the wordings .

All fake information she told in Bio data she is graduated from Rohtak University Haryana after 4 months asking for certificate she have send me the fake certificate of Chattisgarh university which she never mention and written. I have come to know all truth when her first visa got declined then i have asked all these certificate they are all fake. Now she has pose on family 498A, and 506, 406 case which we never demand forany dowry . I have already gave her around 4 lakhs jewellers and I bear all the marriage expeneses as well. Now I am in total loss with this marriage because they have cheated me and gave all the wrong information to do the marriage once I have come to know all the truth I have didn't called her here in UK BECAUSE I have lost trust in her and family. It is worth mentioning here that, she neither approached a protection officer or any service provider any filed the application directly to the magistrate.The magistrate passed an interim exparte order restraing me from selling the house(which in any case I was not contemplating). There is no order restraining me from visiting my house or seeing my daughter.But I am scared to go to the house out of fear that she might implicate me in criminal cases or the court may take a adverse view on that. I have in the mean time filed a divorce petition(just filed yesterday) praying for full custody of the child, which I know will be an uphill task if not impossible. At this stage please advice me about how to go about meeting my child (she is 5 years old)as the court proceding is taking a long time (next hearing in the DV case is 2 months from now) and I am afraid if I do not meet my child from time to time , apart from this being a torture for both me and my daughter who dotes on me and vise versa my wife will go all the way in poising her mind against me and the child may give false statement in the court if and when called for the same. We called her father that we have some serious matter so he should come to our home, he said I will come today but he never came. After that on 7th May'09 she left home without telling anyone. Ater two hours we called her parents and they said she is here and we will come to your place in a day or two. She locked the almirah and took keys with her and also locked the clothes of her husband inside.

After 15 days when no one came to our home we wrote a letter to her parents in return they came to our place on 27th May'09 and she said that her husband used to beat her and he forced her to leave the house which is a plain lie. She took her 80% jewellery (including her husbands ring, bracelet and chain which was given from her parents at the time of wedding) from almirah and again locked it and took the keys with her. She said I don't want to live in this house.

She used to scold her baby when she was too small. She said many times don't smile otherwise I would throw you from the balcony of first floor which shows her criminal mind. She doesn't want to share her child with others. This shows her sick mentality.

Now what steps we can take to keep her out from our home. We would like to file this case to appropriate authority. Please guide about child custody because she is so unpredictable for her child also. She used to misbehave with whole family without any reason. She does not know about her date of birth and education.

Looking at the forum, some thoughts come to my mind and I want to ask few questions to all the guys who are objecting against the laws:

1. Why all the wives are not filing cases (498/dowry) against their husbands. I understand no woman wants to live away from her husband without substantial reason, am I wrong. Can you imagine your daughter or sister doing it for money and money only.
2. What if a woman is genuinely harassed and dowry is demanded.
3. How is she going to prove if the dowry was demanded. The husband is not going to demand in writing.
4. How do you avoid men marrying girls for their money. Now there are numerous examples of such incidents. Recently, read a report stating half of such culprit men are NRIs.

I house where i m living is my and my brothers and we are repaying loan of 7,000/= monthly so i pay 3,500/= Rs. i have two lic policies of 24,000/= annuall. I have my aged parents dependent on me and i pay for there medication and daily expenses total of 3,500/=. I have a personal loan that i have taken after my marriage and monthly installement of it is 2907/= monthly now in this situation how much court can order for maintanance from my current salary and what all i can do to take my kids back from my wife as she lives in a pathetic place with her mother and she does not let me meet my kids.

As a matter of fact i have not seen my kids for the past 6 months and i m worried if my kids are fine or not. Can i request the judge who is dealing with my 125 crpc case to order my wife to let me meet my kids while i will start paying interim maintanance.

Please advise me what actions can i take in my case.

I also fulfilled her demand time to time for safety of myself and saving my joint family. But her demand had been increased day by day out of my capacity. As per my economical difficulties I avoided such a thing, accordingly she increased her blackmailing by hearting herself as make hungry herself, avoiding of daily house work, bad treatment with family members, bad & lie thing discussion with native and villagers & hearting her head and hands after throw it in wall etc. There after she finally asked me for separate living life from my family and fully stopping my contribution to my family.
In the between her brother who is also an wanted criminal and his father time to time visited my home and stung my wife for family separation and suicide attempt and threat us for dowry case if our family not accepting their terms. Also her brother in law always pressured me for family separation so many times. In this period of 2003 to 2008 my wife has misused my cash and her golden jewelries [which is gifted by my parents and my relatives at the marriage time] after cash for solving the criminal cases and bail of her brother and also helps her parents economically.
At last for saving my joint family I shifted my wife along with my mother at my work place after taking the rented room. But here also no any changes came in her behavior and she tried almost three times for hearting herself and tried to show suicide attempt and swore loudly to me and my mother. When I asked her for her such a behavior at the normal time then she told, she has headache and mental problem which treatment is continued from her childhood and she do like that after attacks of headache. Then after advice of my friends and native I have gone to psychiatry with my wife and after long discussion and advice of 2nd meeting, Dr. has given some medicine for a month to her. I also shifted my mother to my older brother quarter for avoiding from any family friction as per advice of Dr. After 2-3 days using of medicine she has throw out totally medicine in dustbin and as per her old habit and also no any changes came in her daily life.
Due to daily mental tension cause of regular created problem from my wife, my absence in duty has increased and accordingly my job efficiency has affected. My bosses also warn me for same so many times and advice me for avoiding my personal problems and doing my daily job well and accordingly fear of Job loss and March Ending, I have decided to leave my wife to her parents for changes of environment for a time. Accordingly I leave her to her parentâ™s home by train and I came back and joined my job.
Suddenly my wife, her brother & his wife has come at my work palace and given a complaint [GD] to local P. S. against my older brother as a dowry culprit who stung me for misbehave with her. As per emotional pressure and ladies case local Police arrested my brother at night by around and kept him in their custody above 15 hrs. After my discussion with Officer In-charge and knowing the fact He has interfered in to the case and after solving it, released to my older brother. My mother helped her cope with emotional distress and even took her to doctors for stomach ache.
She started coming home everyday and got intimate with me. Became keen for marriage, but told it was not possible since her parents didn't approve of my first divorce.
Eventually, after 2 years of courtship, she ran away from home and we got married in an Arya Samaj mandir.
Then she ran away from my home even before we were married for 2 years, than filed a complaint in CAW cell Nanakpura, followed by DV Act case in Karkardooma court.
I do not want a divorce, which is what she wants.

Comments: my marriege was held on 24 nov 2007 , my wife"s brother and mother were alwayas inter fere in my familylife .at this time she is in her mother home and aprox 12 months and after 10 months of going my home she F.I.R on me and my mother and my younger brother. we r now in high court meditation center lucknow , my wife"s brother is very greedy, and he wants my mother"s property,she marry me with planing for my mothers proprerty. we have a small family my younger brother and my mother are only in my family and we r to much mentaly torched by my wife and her brother. they think money is more than every relation.she goes her mother home on 20 may 2008 with pre planing.
